Rescinding the Stay at Home (Shelter in Place) Public Health Emergency Order and
Implementing a “Safer at Home” Public Health Emergency Order; Continuing Daily Curfews.
III. The intent and purpose of this Public Health Emergency Order No. 2021-006 is to end the
Stay at Home (Shelter in Place) requirements, to implement safer-at-home guidelines,
and to extend existing curfew hours. The requirements of this Order may be extended or
changed in a future order. These measures are intended to further ensure an effective
response to the COVID-19 pandemic. All provisions of this Order are to be interpreted to

imminent threat and menace to public health.

The intent and purpose of this Public Health Emergency Order No. 2021-004 is to extend
the Stay at Home (Shelter in Place) requirements and curfew hours for one (1) additional
week, to March 15, 2021 at 5:00 A.M. MST. The requirements of this Order may be
extended or changed in a future order. These measures are intended to further ensure
an effective response to the COVID-19 pandemic by restricting movement of individuals

on the Nation to limit contact to prevent the spread of the virus, and to minimize the
strain on medical response capabilities. All provisions of this Order are to be interpreted
to effectuate this intent. Failure to comply with any provision of this Order constitutes

Hi family and friends. We all hope you were able to enjoy Dr. Seuss last week. By the picture, you can see that we all enjoyed it too here at TES as we wore our Dr. Seuss or other favorite hat. We want to remind you that this Friday is the last day for the 3rd Qtr. Any work not turned in should be completed and turned in on Wednesdays but OR by this Friday.
