ATTENTION: Any Scholar Who Is Ineligible
If you are on the Ineligibility List because of one or more failing grades, please take the following steps:
1. Complete and submit missing or incomplete assignments.
2. Ask the teacher(s) to update their grade(s) OR if the teacher(s) will not be able to update, request they send an email to Mr. Gosney to let him know that you will not be failing when grades get updated.
3. Email Mr. Gosney about updating the master eligibility list, AFTER your grade is fixed in Aspire.
4. Let the coach know that you have taken care of this AND verify with him/her that the master eligibility list has been updated.
5. If a parent/guardian has any questions AFTER the above steps are completed, please contact Mr. Gosney (dgosney@sjsd.org).
